No Minors Policy

Strictly 18+ platform

Monkey is strictly for users 18 and older. Our AI systems actively identify and review accounts suspected of being underage. We take this seriously — no exceptions.

①AI detects potential underage signals during video chat or registration. ②Account is immediately restricted and flagged for review ③Confirmed underage accounts are permanently banned ④Users who believe they were incorrectly flagged may submit an appeal with identity verification

No Explicit Content

Public space content policy

To maintain a respectful community, users who violate our content policies in public spaces will have their video chat access restricted. We use AI to detect violations in real time.

①AI flags explicit content in public video or chat spaces ②Account is reviewed and video chat access is restricted ③Restrictions are reviewed and lifted once the account is cleared ④Repeat violations result in permanent account suspension
